Our talented design team creates attractive and functional outdoor living spaces that our experienced crew installs and maintains. We warranty our landscaping services for one year and our hardscapes for five to protect your investment for years.
Do you charge a price to get a landscape design estimate?
We do not charge an additional fee for our landscaping or hardscaping designs as long as we do the installation. We typically do not offer design only services, but we can determine that on a case-by-case basis.
What warranties do you offer for plants?
We offer a one year warranty on all our plants. Please remember that unless you are one of our maintenance clients, you are responsible for watering, pruning and maintaining the plants properly to preserve that warranty.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We separate the final price into three distinct payments: ⅓ is required upon signing of the contract to get on our schedule, ⅓ halfway through the project, and ⅓ on the day we complete your project.
Do you take credit cards?
No. We can process your payment by cash, check or wire transfer.
How far do you travel?
We do most of our work within a 1 hour radius of the Shenandoah Valley, however, we will travel for larger projects.
What is the process once I get an estimate and want to proceed with the landscape or hardscape installation?
Once we have a signed estimate and a ⅓ deposit on your project, we’ll put you on our schedule. Please note that schedules can change daily in the spring and summer months and that we’re often booked out 3-4 months. We recommend getting on our schedule early. If you know you’re interested in a spring or summer project, contact us in February to get on our schedule in March for the months of April through July.
Do you plow snow?
We have contracts for snow removal with several large commercial businesses. Unfortunately, we cannot offer these services to every client because of staffing and equipment levels.
